Brabham Business Process Mapping
What can Brabham Business Processing & Mapping do for your business
Business mapping, what its it? It is a framework used to create visual “maps” as a representation of work processes. The business procedures & structure shows the relationship between the steps to produce an end product or service. This process of documentation clearly states what a business or company does, why it does what it does, what the company standard for success is, who is responsible and when different steps will occur.
Business process mapping promotes transparency, not only for those within the company but for all stakeholders, especially those involved in compliance.
Business owner in Brabham? The suburb of Brabham was created in May 2011. It is named in honour of Sir Jack Brabham, an Australian motor racing legend. It is bordered by Park Street in the north, Murray Street in the east, Harrow Street
in the south and Lord Street in the west. It is part of the Urban Growth Corridor. It was formally part of the suburb of Henley Brook. Brabham also includes the Caversham Motor Racing Circuit reserve
where Sir Jack Brabham raced in the early days of his motor racing career. The airfield was constructed by the US military to be used as a base for bomber aircraft during the later stages of World War II.
Following the war, the strip was no longer required for aircraft and so it was converted into a racing track, hosting the Australian Grand Prix twice: once in 1957 and once in 1962. In 1969,
all WA circuit racing was moved to the newly opened Wanneroo Park Raceway and so the federal government developed the facility into a radio communications hub/
The scope and purpose of business process modelling
Business Process Mapping is used to document a current process and to model a new one. Its purpose is to gain a detailed understanding of the process, people, inputs, controls and outputs, and then potentially to simplify it all, make it more efficient and/or improve the process results.
It requires time and discipline to conduct this mapping, but the payoff can be significant over time. Mapping has become common in the business world to standardize procedures, become more efficient, meet audit requirements and gain a competitive advantage.
