Process Improvement Specialist

Consider joining our team as we embark on standardising and improving internal organisation’s processes to better the working environment for staff and provide to them an optimum performing organisation. We are on the hunt for several Process Improvement Specialists and will provide full training in our unique yet comprehensive management tools. All we require is for you to have a high level of common sense as a logical thinker and thrive on making a difference to make competent people more competent.  Responsibilities

  • Capturing and recording organisation knowledge using Kolbe System’s unique organising systems.
  • Implementing Kolbe Systems organising tools.
  • Presenting an overview of organising systems to our client’s team members.

Background and Experience

No experience in Business Consulting required.

Capabilities

  • Be able to and comfortable speaking to groups of people.
  • Astute and sharp thinker.
  • Organised.
  • Analytical.
  • Competent computer skills especially with Outlook and Excel.
  • Competent grammar.
  • Legible writing.
  • Own vehicle and licence to attend various client sites in Perth metro area.
