Jarrahdale Business Process Mapping

What can Jarrahdale Business Processing & Mapping do for your business

Business mapping, what its it? It is a framework used to create visual “maps” as a representation of work processes. The business procedures & structure shows the relationship between the steps to produce an end product or service. This process of documentation clearly states what a business or company does, why it does what it does, what the company standard for success is, who is responsible and when different steps will occur.

Business process mapping promotes transparency, not only for those within the company but for all stakeholders, especially those involved in compliance.

Business owner in Jarrahdale? Located 45 km to the south-east of Perth the small town of Jarrahdale sits within the Darling Range. It holds a historic position as it had Western Australia’s first major timber milling operation that would go on to help the development of exportation of Jarrah around the world. Originally the Jarrahdale Timber Company constructed a railway to transport timber from Jarrahdale through to Rockingham. Once timber concessions had been granted the town was founded in 1872. In 1895 the locality was destroyed by a bushfire and had to be relocated west of its original position. The Jarrahdale townsite was entered on the National Trust List of Classified Heritage places on 14th of July 1997, the seventh town in Western Australia to be classified as such.

The scope and purpose of business process modelling
